exercise, exercise!

Can't afford the gym nor easily get to the free one, wheeeee! So, I'm body weight exercising it up. No fucking excuses, self.

Day #1 (Sunday)
warm up
15 min cardio on exercise bike
JNL's No Wiggle Room work out except without dips because I don't have something I can do dips on without murdering myself.

I did one cycle with 3 lbs weights to test it out. Good choice! Not at all bad, but feel it in my arms today.


Day #2 (Monday)
I get to do this tonight after rehearsal since I did not wake up early (stupid insomnia and anxiety dreams).

Day #3 (Tuesday)
lower back yoga
more yoga


Day #4 (Weds)
warm up
arms
even more different yoga
yoga cool down


Day #5
This is D&D day. I'll be crying at [personal profile] jothra as she leaves me in plot cliff hangs because she likes the sounds of my wails.


And then I start over again on Saturday. Whee? I'M GONNA DO THIS.
