There is a lot of stuff happening with me lately. But a big thing that, on doctor requirement, I am stepping up the fitness.
I just joined up a Fitocracy group with an online trainer, Bodyweight Training for strength building. I'm SUPER excited about it, also wanted to share in case it interested anyone. Starts Aug 4th.
I'm doing my push and squat challenge at home and the best I can with my knowledges. DOING THIS THING.
